Meet Our Teachers
Jenna Augustine
My name is Jenna Augustine and I have not only been performing in theatre since I was a small child, but have also been teaching theatre for over 15 years. I earned my degree in Theatre Arts from Vanguard University and now am a middle school and high school theater teacher, director, and head of the Visual and Performing Arts Department at Rancho Christian School. I love CTAP and especially love helping young performers fall in love with theatre and discover skills they didn’t know that they possessed.
Lisa Kavanagh
Lisa Kavanagh has been in education for 25 years, with a rich background in teaching first and second grade. She currently serves as a Reading Intervention Teacher in Hemet Unified School District and holds a Master’s degree in Reading. Lisa has been a part of the CTAP community for the past 8 years and has loved every minute of it. She has had the pleasure of performing in three of CTAP’s summer family shows: The Music Man, Big Fish, and Shrek.
Patrick Levis
Patrick Levis joined the CTAP family in the Summer of 2025, performing in a family show, then jumping in as a teacher in the Fall. He is husband to the beautiful soccer coach rockstar Natalie, and dad to 4 unbelievably fun little ladies named Evan, Brennan, Finley, and Remington. Maryland-born, but at a young age God directed his steps into the world of musical theater in New York, which led to a career as a child actor and eventually brought him to Southern California. Patrick enjoyed nearly 2 decades in the entertainment industry, but his greatest passion is Jesus and caring for others as a pastor in the local church, which is what he does now (outside of teaching C-TAP classes). Since 2016, he has served as the Worship Pastor at Faith Bible Church in Wildomar, CA; together with his family, he loves to be with their church fam, sing, dance, hike, travel, grill pizza, and go to the beach.
Kelsey Baldwin
Kelsey Baldwin has been teaching and performing with community theater programs for over 20 years. She has a strong dance background, having studied at various local dance studios and colleges. She currently teaches and choreographs with CTAP, serves on the worship team and also directs multi-camera services at her home church. If you have not found her teaching or directing at church, you will find her most often with a makeup brush in her hand. She currently designs make-up for most of the productions here at CTAP. She completed the Master Program at Make-Up Designory (MUD) in Burbank, California where she studied makeup and prosthetics for film, television, and print. She has had the privilege to work professionally on several films, music videos, and theatrical productions. Her greatest joy is serving her family and community.
Nicholas Alexander
Nicholas Alexander has been part of CTAP since 2019, but his journey with the organization began in 2017 when his wife first introduced him to the community—and he never left. Starting as a class substitute, Nick went on to become a teacher, director, and now serves as Artistic Director. A professional performer from Southern California, Nick considers it a true blessing to invest in students, helping them grow in their God-given gifts, build confidence, and share their talents with the world. For him, the greatest joy is watching students become not only stronger performers, but also the amazing individuals God created them to be.
